The Ritzlerhof frequent visitor benefit:
Guests of the Ritzlerhof with more than 3 stays (with a minimum of 7 days) receive a 10% discount on the entire hotel price list. This does not apply to special offers, discount weeks or package deals. Payment cannot be made by credit card.

Children's discounts:
For children staying in their parents' room: Up to 2 years of age - free (without additional cot and meals) 3 to 7 years - 60 % discount 8 to 14 years - 40 % discount. Extra child's bed – 9 EUR per day.

Pets:
9 EUR per day, food not included
Pets are not allowed in common areas

Short stay surcharge:
Stays under 5 days incur an extra 10% charge

Room Reservation:
Room reservation requires an insurance fee of 120 EUR

Arrival:
Arrival and departure are preferable on Saturday. Check in is at 14:00 o'clock

Pick up from station:
We will gladly provide a discounted hotel shuttle service upon request: From the Oetztal station – 5 EUR. From the Innsbruck station 20 EUR

Parking space in the hotel's garage:
9 EUR per day.

Cancellations:
Cancellations up to 8 weeks prior to arrival are at no charge
Cancellations within 8 weeks or due to early departure incur a charge fee in accordance with the Austrian Hotel regulations

Miscellaneous:
Reserving breakfast with a room reduces the cost by about 9 ERU.
Reservation of full board is at an extra cost of 12 EUR.
Meals not eaten will be refunded 4 EUR.

- Tanning salon with high performance solarium and facial tanner
- TV-games, table soccer and pinball

New Year's Eve:
For guests staying over the New Year's there is an obligatory extra charge of 80 EUR per person to cover the New Year's Eve party with gala menu, live music, midnight buffet, fireworks, disco etc.
